Thank you for your interest in consigning with Smart Moms!  Please complete and submit this form to be placed on our consignor waiting list.  Due to the huge success of Smart Moms, we have an overwhelming number of people interested in consigning and, unfortunately, a limited amount of space for merchandise.  We will have a limited number of spaces for new consignors at each sale and will contact our waiting list in the order in which they've registered. 

Please note:  if you you have large items (i.e. nursery/kids' room furniture; outdoor play equipment; a bicycle; etc) that you want to sell, Contact Us.  We can usually arrange to sell these few items for you even if we can't fit you in to sell all of your merchandise.
